Meet the board behind the IQAir Foundation's mission.
Glory Dolphin Hammes
Ms. Dolphin Hammes established the IQAir Foundation in 2017 to turn her passion for helping people breathe clean air into a mission, using her expertise in air purification to ensure access to cleaner air for those who need it most. Ms. Dolphin Hammes is also an active member of ChildFund International, which provides assistance to children in poverty around the world, and Heal the Bay, an environmental advocacy group dedicated to protecting and preserving the Santa Monica Bay in Southern California.
Veronica Eady
Veronica Eady is Vice President of Equity and Justice at Resources Legacy Fund, a philanthropy and policy organization. Ms. Eady is the former chair of EPA’s federal advisory committee for environmental justice, the National Environmental Justice Advisory Council, where she also served as chairperson of its Waste and Facility Siting Subcommittee. She currently serves on the boards of Ceres and the Rose Foundation. Ms. Eady also spent nearly five years in Berlin, Germany working as a consultant specializing in environmental justice and human rights on global, national, and local levels. Ms. Eady received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and her Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly Hastings College of the Law). She has practiced law before the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, the Massachusetts Supreme Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ofelia Ceja-Lariviere
Mrs. Ceja-Leraiviere is currently serving as the current Co-Executive Director of the California Association of Latinos Superintendent and Administrators, CALSA and their former State President. She is a retired Superintendent of Farmersville USD in Tulare County and former Assistant Superintendent of Inglewood USD among many other leadership positions.
Carole Curtis
Ms. Curtis is a draftsperson for Pelton Wylie Engineering consultancy with over 30 years of experience in the construction and engineering space.
Raised in California and currently a resident of the Central Valley in Modesto, she is acutely aware of the impact that poor air quality can have on communities and the businesses that support those communities. She brings a technical background that informs Foundation projects as well as unwavering empathy for those whom the Foundation assists.
